Kitchen Garden Week Dinner Auction
The Auction will go live at 11.00 am on Wednesday 27 August on this website.
To enable the Kitchen Garden Foundation to continue our support of schools running the Kitchen Garden Program, over forty of Melbourne and Victoria’s top restaurants have donated a table to our special Dinner Auction. The Auction will be open from 26 August to 16 September 2008. Winning bidders and their guests will take their seats during Kitchen Garden Week (6–13 October 2008) and be treated to a four-course meal echoing the fresh, seasonal approach that underlies the Kitchen Garden philosophy, beautifully matched wines and an opportunity to meet the restaurant’s executive chef. Tables of ten are available and bidding proceeds will go to the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation.

A la Grecque, Annie Smithers Bistrot, Attica, B.coz, Bacash, Becco, Bella Vedere, Bittern Cottage, Botanical, Bottega, Café Di Stasio, Cicciolina, Circa, Delizia Cucina, Donovans, Esposito at Toofey's, Ezard, Grossi Florentino, Healesville Hotel, Joseph's, Koonwarra Food Wine & Produce Store, Lamaro's, Libertine, Longrain, Matteo's, Melbourne Wine Room, Montalto, Pearl, Range, Rockpool Bar & Grill, Royal Mail Hotel, Sapore, Simone's Restaurant, Stefano's, Stokehouse, Taxi Dining Room, The Press Club, Three One Two, Tony Tan's Unlimited Cuisine Company, Trunk, Sunnybrae, The Bridge and Vue de Monde.
As part of Kitchen Garden Week, restaurants will be paired with local Kitchen Garden Program primary schools. Chefs will visit their partnered schools to see the Kitchen Garden Program in action and work with the children during a Kitchen or Garden class.
