Special events to mark in your diary

Events are an important and dynamic part of life at the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation and our Kitchen Garden Schools. Whether it's a kitchen garden tour, a spring fair or a school fundraiser, events provide a perfect opportunity to witness the Kitchen Garden Program in action, meet the people who work within the Program and get involved with our remarkable schools.

There are two types of Kitchen Garden Program events you can attend:

  • Foundation events are functions that the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation presents or is involved with, designed to promote and celebrate the work of the Foundation and bring people into the kitchen garden community
  • Our school events are functions presented by individual Kitchen Garden Schools, and display the Program operating within that school.

So much love, energy and sheer hard work goes into establishing and nurturing the Kitchen Garden Program, and we all love to show it off to friends, neighbours, fellow food and garden enthusiasts and the community as a whole. We hope you enjoy getting involved as much as we do.
