Kintore Street School in the town of Katherine is approximately 315 kilometres south of Darwin. The school caters for students with high support needs aged between 4 and 20 years, as well as support for early intervention programs.The fully fenced school grounds include grassed gardens with shade, a specially designed sensory garden with water feature, a wading pool for hydrotherapy, picnic tables, Ausplay equipment, bike path, a shade house and potting area, and 2 garden sheds for equipment storage.
