Yipirinya is an Independent School for Indigenous students from the town camps and outstations of Alice Springs. It is unique in being both founded and controlled by Indigenous elders, and in its bi-cultural, bi-lingual approach to education, teaching four Indigenous languages. It has over 200 students from Child Care and Pre-School to Year 10.
