SAKGP Design Award Finalist
The Kitchen Garden Program has been shortlisted in the prestigious 2010 Victorian Premier’s Design Awards as a finalist.
The Premier’s Design Awards “highlight exemplar initiatives in and from Victoria where design has been used effectively, sustainably and strategically to innovate, increase productivity and/or boost competitiveness and exports”.
There are only nine finalists from across the state, and only five awards will be presented this year, to the most outstanding design initiatives in Victoria.
We are thrilled to receive this acknowledgement, which recognises a part of our Program that often goes overlooked – the amount of time and consideration given to planning the Program so that it enjoys the success it does. We’re looking forward to hearing the results announced during the State of Design Festival in July.
