Hey kids! Take the Gutsy Challenge!

For the month of September, the Gutsy Challenge is going to cut down arguments around dinner tables right across the country, as kids tell their parents they need to eat more fruit and vegetables.

Kids can take the Gutsy Challenge to eat two pieces of fruit and four vegetables every day for a whole week in September (even better if you've grown them yourselves, of course!). Kids can get sponsored to complete the challenge and win prizes.

The Gutsy Challenge website has heaps of online activities and games to support the challenge, with characters Gutsy, Gastro Girl and Flex travelling through the digestive system.

To find out more go to www.gutsychallenge.com.

The Kitchen Garden Foundation is supporting the Gutsy Challenge in the interests of the long-term wellbeing of Australian children.
