Congratulations to Brigitte Domelow, who has won a new Magimix food processor valued at $799 by simply submitting a comment as part of our recent competition!

We were delighted to receive lots of positive and constructive comments on the brand new Kitchen Garden Foundation website. Thanks for giving us your feedback! We will use your comments to make further improvements and changes to the site over the coming months.

  • An attractive site that reflects what all cooking and learning should be about - fun. With fun comes achievement and learning. Children will have no difficulties with this web site. Keep the pictures changing regularly, kids love to see themselves and this in itself reinforces their learning experience.
  • I think the new website is amazing, it has so much more information like great recipes and resources. I'd love to see more recipes that kids can help make and love to eat as well.
  • This is a BIG site and one that aims to cater to a wide audience so it must have been a challenge to design. For the most part it is like a fantastic kitchen garden - both functional and aesthetic. What I like most about the site is how comprehensive and informative it is. For a 'relatively' new program with many existing and potential stakeholders there is a great deal of information to convey and the site does a tremendous job.
  • This website and more importantly The Kitchen Garden Foundation is inspiring! As a mother of young children, who is conscience of the environment we are living in, it is pleasing and exciting to see that Stephanie and her team are spreading the word to the young ones about good nutrition and care for our environment, which in turn will educate us parents. I love the recipes- in my family each of us get to choose a recipe from the list each week to try. I love seeing the different school's gardens and kitchens and their achievements. I love the news of the Foundations developments and achievements and I love the user friendly and inviting layout! Keep up the good work and I will enjoy spreading the KGF word.
  • What an amazing job you have all done! The website is a great resource not only for the students, teachers, specialists and volunteers involved but for the families that are at home wanting to know more about the program. (And anyone else for that matter!)
  • The kids and I love the new look website. In particular, we love the 'Resources' section. The kids used to attend a school with a Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden and now they can still enjoy the program via the website.
  • I was really inspired by your website and would love to get involved with my school in some capacity.
