Book 3 covers six months of pleasurable food education in the temperate and cool climate zone for students in years 3 to 6. Book 3 is followed by Book 4, which combine to equip teachers with the tools to deliver a second year of kitchen and garden classes for students. Book 3 and Book 4 are designed to follow Book 1 and Book 2, which cover the first year of pleasurable food education.
