Mount Barker Community College is a Kindergarten to Year12 Government school situated 50km north of Albany. Students come from Mount Barker and the surrounding rural communities. Approximately 7% of students are indigenous and a similar number from Afghanistan. Our buildings and grounds are outstanding and new discrete teaching blocks:  Kindergarten/Pre-Primary, Years 1-3, Years 4-6 , Years 7-8,  Creative and Performing Arts,  The Frances Wright Library , Renovated Science Home Economics and Business rooms, Shared community Recreation Centre,  Trade Training Centre under construction.
