Held in our Learning Centre kitchen in Melbourne, expert cook Sophie Gaur will lead this workshop focusing on a cuisine heavily based on tamarind, freshly grated coconut, curry leaves and mustard seeds. The menu will include Chettinad Chicken, a South Indian curry with dried and fresh spices and fresh coconut, and Baingan Pachadi, a dish of lightly fried eggplant pieces tempered with curry leaves and mustard seeds and served with yoghurt, parathi and rice. Of course there will be time at the end to sit and share this delicious lunch menu, complimented with a glass of wine.
