This one day Advanced Program Delivery Training extends the cooking and gardening skills you will require to deliver the Advanced Syllabus, along with discussions on linking the Program to the curriculum in your school and revisiting the concept of volunteer support in your schools.

In the kitchen you may find yourself working on more advanced pasta or noodle making techniques, breads, beautiful fresh salads and gnocchi or pastry, all of which will lead to the wonderful shared lunch. In the garden we will examine fruit tree pruning, soil science, some more advanced garden design concepts, along with some fun activities like making mini worm farms.
