The Advanced sessions deliver the cooking and gardening skills you will require to deliver the Advanced Syllabus, along with workshops discussing curriculum integration and some more advanced elements of kitchen garden class planning.

In the kitchen you may find yourself working on techniques such as advanced pasta-making, pastry, or breads, beautiful fresh salads and vegetable stews, all of which will lead to the wonderful shared lunch. In the garden you might examine pruning and espaliering, wicking boxes or garden art.
