Details

In this exciting hands-on class you will discover the secrets and theory of cheesemaking but, more importantly, under Ros’ expert guidance you will be the cheesemaker! You will make easy cheeses including ricotta and mascarpone as Ros explains and demonstrates, step-by-step, the underlying techniques and recipes. You will learn skills to take back to your schools that use inexpensive ingredients, provide a quality product for the kitchen and can be taught and passed on to students.
