This vibrant online networking session is designed specifically for you to share practice and network with like-minded kitchen garden educators.
Details
Kitchen garden educators from all sectors and stages of the program are welcome to attend – come along ready to share and learn. Consider the following as something to share:
- a favourite recipe from your program
- a winning garden activity that your students have adored
- a story or news from your kitchen garden program
- something you have learnt recently that you wish you knew earlier!

The outcomes of this course are aligned to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers as outlined by the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL).
Completing Community Networking will contribute evidence towards 1.0 hours of accredited professional development in maintaining the following standards:
3.6 Work with Colleagues to review current teaching and learning programs to improve student learning.
6.2: Engage in professional Learning and improve practice
6.3: Contribute to collegial discussions and apply constructive feedback from colleagues to improve professional knowledge and practice.
The webinar will take place using Zoom. A link will be sent to all registered participants before the event. You can join the webinar using a computer, tablet or mobile phone.
A recording of the webinar will be sent to participants after the session.
