These plants are not only beautiful and functional, they are most often incredibly drought-tolerant and adaptive to the local region, and as such may provide welcome additions to the schoolgarden.

This workshop will provide a hands-on learning investigation into bushfoods and how to grow them, plus some great ideas of how they can be used in the kitchen.
