Getting Started is a workshop series designed for anyone new to pleasurable food education or the Kitchen Garden Program.

New schools and services embarking on the Kitchen Garden journey or new staff and educators are most welcome, across all sectors: early childhood, primary and secondary.

Join us for two interactive workshops that will break down the program fundamentals and building blocks in easy-to-understand language. The workshops will also provide creative inspiration for your kitchen garden program, useful links to the curriculum, and fresh ideas on how to engage with your local community.

The Kitchen Garden Foundation team will provide participants with support resources to read through prior to getting started, and then guide you through the workshops step-by-step (1 x 60 minutes and 1 x 120 minutes).
