Teaching students to use knives properly is an important skill, and one that can seem daunting to Kitchen Specialists. Giovanna has been working with primary school students for many years, teaching children how to all confidently handle professional-grade chefs knives and demonstrate solid skill levels. Once mastered, this lesson is invaluable, and will increase the confidence levels of Specialists and their students alike.
