The Introductory Kitchen Garden Specialist Training day has been developed especially to immerse new Specialists in the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program, and to provide you with the confidence to use our new Introductory Syllabus.
Details
By the end of this training day you should feel confident in your knowledge and understanding of the Program and will have developed your kitchen and garden skills in fun, hands-on sessions. you will be more familiar with our online community space the Shared Table, along with other key resources, and will have discussed more general planning considerations for the classes participating in your school's Kitchen Garden Program.
This training also allows you to connect with other Specialists in Kitchen Garden Schools, meet Foundation staff and understand your role in the kitchen garden community.
Additional Details
Please wear comfortable clothing for kitchen and garden workshops and closed shoes. Bring a hat/wet weather gear/sunscreen as appropriate, a camera, notebook and pen.
