The Introductory sessions deliver the cooking and gardening skills you will require to deliver the Introductory Syllabus, along with workshops discussing the Program fundamentals and the key elements of kitchen garden class planning.

In the kitchen you may find yourself working on techniques such as pasta-making or flat breads, beautiful fresh salads and dips, all of which will lead to the wonderful shared lunch. In the garden you might examine composting, mulching or garden art.
