What better way to continue to enjoy the glut of bountiful summer produce than to turn the fruit from your garden into beautiful preserves. Caroline Grey from Cunliffe & Waters (the people who Make Things That Go With Things) joins us for an exciting hands-on workshop looking at the art of jams, sauces, pickles and preserves.

Details

Held in our Learning Centre kitchen in Collingwood, Caroline from the Yarra Valley-based Cunliffe & Waters will take the group through hands-on workshops and demonstrations, utilising the very best of seasonal produce. The recipes will depend on what is in season in our garden on the day but may include strawberry jam, blood plum sauce, zucchini pickles and of course tomato relish. The produce will become the focus of a delicious home-style lunch accompanied by breads and seasonal salads, along with a glass of wine.
