At Stonefields visitors will be able to spend the day exploring Paul’s seven acres of garden, boasting terraced parterres, white garden, blue perennial entrance borders, apple walk, circular woodland garden, walled rose garden, rear terrace with sweeping country views, twin pool lawns and an established vegetable garden.
Paul Bangay will host a personalised tour of Stonefields on Saturday and Sunday morning from 8:30am to 9:30am. Tickets are $125, bookings are essential and strictly limited to 40 people so be quick! – Both tours SOLD OUT
Paul Bangay and Stephanie Alexander – both celebrated authors of books on gardening and cooking – will be available to sign books (Stephanie Alexander will be signing at limited times over the weekend, please check here for details closer to the event). Plus Annie Smithers’ scones, coffee, and plants from leading industry wholesaler Smith & Gordon Nursery will be available. Proceeds from 'Stonefields' open garden will support the work of the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation. (Gold coin donation to Landcare for car parking.)

You can dedicate a weekend to enjoying some of the best landscape design Australia has to offer by also visiting Stuart Rattle's Musk Farm, just 20 minutes drive from Stonefields. As well as a beautiful garden to explore there will be a gourmet BBQ, boutique wines, local produce, Vittoria coffee, home-baked cakes, plants from Lambley Nursery and more available. Proceeds from Musk Farm go towards restoration of the Wombat Hill Botanical Gardens in Daylesford. Tickets to Musk Farm will be available for purchase online through Greentix shortly.
If you wish to visit both Stonefields and Musk Farm you will need to purchase separate tickets for each garden.
Please note: Dogs not permitted, and gardens unsuitable for prams or wheelchairs.
Unfortunately due to the country location there is no public transport available to Stonefields.
