Held in our Learning Centre kitchen in Collingwood, Teresa Oates of 'Mangia! Mangia!' fame will lead this hands-on workshop that focuses on a variety of the beautiful sweet treats created in the Southern Italian kitchen. Various crisp biscotti, crunchy crostoli and cannoli stuffed with sweet ricotta will be demonstrated, while further treats may include cantucci and torrone. The day will end with a light lunch, a glass of wine, coffee and of course samples from your morning's work in the kitchen.

Please wear covered shoes suitable for working in the kitchen.

Enter the College via the main reception area, which is located near the end of Cromwell Street, and follow the signs to the kitchen.

Public transport is the best way to get to Collingwood College, with Collingwood train station only minutes away. There is generally no parking in the immediate vicinity of the College. Best parking options are generally the north and south sides of Hoddle Street, in Gipps Street and in the parking zone at the end of Islington Street.
