This session includes a tour of the beautiful gardens and kitchens created by our schools on the Sunshine Coast. This will be a fantastic opportunity for Specialists, Program Coordinators and school staff to network and share ideas.
Details
The tour begins at 9:30 am at Golden Beach State School, moves on to Chevallum State School, then North Arm State School, before we stop at a surprise venue for a delicious lunch and afternoon networking session. Lunch will cost in the region of $10-$15 on the day, if you wish to join us for this. The gardens and kitchens at these schools are quite different, so we will explore and share the diversity and productivity of these spaces.
Additional Details
Please wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes. Bring a hat/wet weather gear/sunscreen as appropriate, water, a camera, notebook and pen.
We will be car-pooling from Golden Beach SS, so please contact Project Officer Robyn Cook directly at robyn@kitchengardenfoundation.org.au if you are able to offer a lift to others, or will need a lift.
