This workshop will focus on understanding that balance  – and knowing what to do when you've taken it a little too far in one direction.

Martin Boez fell in love with Thai food at the famed Darley Street Thai restaurant, and became so passionate he ended up working with Head Chef David Thompson, going on to running the spin-off Sailors Thai restaurant. He is Executive Chef and co-owner of the successful and acclaimed Longrain restaurants in Syndey and Melbourne.
