
This workshop, led by Keryn Ursi of La Micia Cooking, is focused on the beautiful and often little-known traditional cuisine of Puglia in southern Italy. Passed down through generations, Keryn will now share some traditional Pugliese cooking techniques in this hands-on workshop.

The menu will include Focaccia Pugliese, a focaccia specific to the Pugliese region, Panerotti, a small potato pastry with various fillings and deep-fried, and the very typical Pugliese dish Ricotta Tart. The dishes will be combined with beautiful salads and bread and a glass of wine for lunch.

Please wear covered shoes suitable for working in the kitchen.
Enter the College via the main reception area, which is located near the end of Cromwell Street, and follow the signs to the kitchen.
Public transport is usually the best way to get to Collingwood College, with Collingwood train station only minutes away. On Saturdays there may be limited parking in the immediate vicinity of the College. Other parking options are generally the north and south sides of Hoddle Street, in Gipps Street and in the parking zone at the end of Islington Street.
