Beloved Blueberries

Wednesday, October 4, 2023

Let’s celebrate the beloved Eureka blueberry! Packed with antioxidants and vitamins, including Vitamin C, Eureka blueberries are not only good for you – they’re also good for the Foundation. This October, Coles will donate 10 cents from the purchase of every Eureka Blueberries 200g pack to the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation, to a maximum of $100,000.

Delicious recipes – just for you

Eureka Blueberries are sweet, crunchy, full of flavour and back in season this spring for you to enjoy. Whether you're making a decadent dessert or popping them into lunchboxes, they are sure to delight. Make the most of the blue beauties with our new recipe: Stephanie Alexander’s Blueberry Buckle.

Made with the freshest Eureka Blueberries, this classic cake can be perfectly paired with a dollop of cream or yogurt. The term 'buckle' comes from the blueberry batter pushing through the delicious crunchy topping, causing the cake's surface to 'buckle'! Get the recipe and cook along with Stephanie here.

Plus, we’ve partnered with Coles and Eureka Blueberries to bring you not one but two more delicious Eureka blueberry-themed recipes for our community to enjoy. Visit our YouTube channel to get the recipes for Courtney’s Blueberry and Lemon Tarts and Brent’s Saganaki with Blueberries and Pistachios.
