Customised professional development
Looking for a little extra support and inspiration to help your kitchen garden program flourish? Contact the Foundation team and we will develop a tailored package of hands-on training, advice and information to help you nurture pleasurable food education in your school or centre.
Our small, dedicated team of experts will take the time to understand your organisation’s goals and collaborate with you to design a training session specific to your needs, using the resources you already have. Our customised professional development is available to schools, businesses, community groups and anyone who is interested in cultivating a kitchen garden experience.
As a school in a fairly isolated rural district this was a great opportunity for us to easily deliver effective and accurate information to a large cohort of staff in a cost-effective manner. It was also significant that the Foundation could see and experience our garden location, outputs and challenges, to assist with delivering an insightful and inspiring program. – Jen McCourt, Kitchen Garden Program Coordinator, Tenison Woods College, South Australia
