Kitchen garden colouring sheets for adults and kids!

Take some time-out with these fun colouring sheets

Adult colouring is a craze sweeping the world because it is a great way to slow down and relax, just like gardening and cooking.

The Kitchen Garden Foundation team thought we’d join in and combine colouring, cooking and gardening with some kitchen garden-themed colouring sheets.

These sheets make a great mindful activity for adults and a fun way for children to pass the time during the school holidays.

So print them out, gather up some coloured pencils, find yourself a nice comfy spot (perhaps out in the garden) and settle in for some colouring time.
