Victorian schools and early learning centres can now get all the ingredients they need to grow, harvest, prepare and share fresh, seasonal, delicious food with the heavily subsidised Victorian Pleasurable Food Education Package.
The Victorian Pleasurable Food Education Package is subsidised by funding from the Victorian Department of Education and is available to Victorian schools and early years learning centres from mid-September 2016. The Package includes over $1500 worth of value in professional development, educational resources and support for only $550!

Kitchen Garden Classroom membership
Connect to a vibrant online community of over 1000 schools and learning centres delivering pleasurable food education, browse a growing Resource Library of hundreds of downloadable resources, and enjoy access to our friendly Support Centre to answer any and all of your questions. The membership is valid for two years. (RRP $165 joining fee, $110 annual renewal.) Learn more about the membership.
Get your hands dirty at two kitchen garden professional development workshops designed to equip educators with the hands-on experience needed to confidently deliver kitchen and garden classes. One educator is eligible to attend two separate, one-day workshops. (RRP $250 for members and $400 for public per workshop) Learn more about face-to-face workshops.
Getting Started: An Educator's Guide to Establishing a Kitchen Garden Program
Take the first steps towards establishing your kitchen garden program with the practical and informative Getting Started Guide. The Guide is delivered as an illustrated print publication of over 160 pages, complemented by an interactive and flexible online course. Start your program with a practical and easy-to-use seasonal planner. This printed poster and supporting instructions makes it easy to plan what and when you will be growing in the garden, ready to prepare and share in the kitchen, and how to reinforce learning with kitchen garden activities.
