Towards Independence and a Valued Life Style.' Halinda School for Specific Purposes caters for students with intellectual and physical disabilities. All students have secondary disabilities such as hearing or visual impairment, conduct disorder, diagnosed mental health conditions or autism. The school priority programs are listening and communicating and the explicit teaching of social skills.
