Kitchen Garden Foundation Board – Expressions of Interest
We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced leaders to join the Board of the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation.
The Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation inspires children and young people to develop lifelong skills, wellbeing and a positive relationship with food through hands-on learning in gardens and kitchens. Working with schools and communities nationwide, the Foundation embeds practical food education that supports health, sustainability and connection.
We are seeking up to three new Board Members to support innovation, strengthen governance oversight, and contribute to the Foundation’s national mission.
Applications are particularly encouraged from those based in NSW, Queensland, Western Australia and Victoria, with high-level experience in:
· State and Local Government and place-based approaches
· Financial compliance and management
· Human resources
· Special or secondary education
· Youth engagement
· Fundraising
