We’re looking for funding partners and collaborators who want to help grow the reach of our Community Initiatives.

We collaborate with government, corporate and philanthropic partners to create community-led impact in priority communities across Australia. Our Community Initiatives aim to improve equity for:

  1. Communities facing geographic barriers to health, wellbeing and learning
  1. First Nations communities
  1. Children and young people in regional, rural and remote areas

Together, we design initiatives that are grounded in place, shaped by local voices and focused on lasting change. We work alongside communities to understand their local health, wellbeing and learning priorities, strengthening support for children and young people and responding to our growing unmet demand.

Guided by our strategic plan, we’re committed to growing our Community Initiatives with place-based support that responds to local priorities and helps meet our huge unmet demand.

By investing in the power of place-based, community-led initiatives, we can build stronger, more connected, and more sustainable neighbourhoods — together.
