Former Head Chef at Neil Perry's famous Rockpool restaurant, Katrina Ryan, will take the group through a variety of Asian-inspired recipes, with finished dishes served at lunch.

Details

Katrina commenced her cooking career in 1987, first at Neil Perry's Bluewater Grill in Bondi Beach, then at Rockpool for five years, three of which were spent as Head Chef. She went on to run two restaurants, The Pig and the Olives, along with her chef husband Mark, and also worked as personal chef to Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise. A sea-change in 2000 brought Katrina to Noosa where she now teaches part-time at the Spirit House Cooking School and writes a weekly food column for the Noosa Journal. Katrina has kindly offered to take the group through the fundamentals of Asian flavours.
