Rosa’s classes are always popular – not only do participants learn useful cooking techniques they also enjoy Rosa’s generosity and spirit, especially her tales of family and life in old Sicily. It will be a fun-filled class where you will discover that making your own filled pastas is an easy and incredibly satisfying process.
The delicious dishes that you make with Rosa will be shared with salads and bread to form lunch with a glass of wine.
Rosa Mitchell, author of My Cousin Rosa and owner of Rosa's Kitchen in Punch Lane, joins us to lead a hands-on session all about filled pastas.
Rosa's food draws on both her Sicilian roots as well as the fundamental ethos of the Slow Food movement. She and her husband have an abundant 140 acre farm at Yandoit.
