The First Steps professional development day gives educators a hands-on experience of growing, harvesting, preparing and sharing together as they learn how to establish the Kitchen Garden Program at their school or service.

We will cover the basics of setting up your kitchen and garden spaces as well as ideas and inspiration for your first kitchen garden sessions and how to get started with what you already have.

We will cook and garden together, making our own delicious lunch platters, with plenty of time to connect and ask questions!
