Richard and his team will take this group through the process of artisan sausage making. Participants will learn the general principles of quality sausage making, and take a hands-on workshop in making pork & fennel sausages. This is an exciting skill to learn and pass on to students, and Foundation staff can talk to you about how you might incorporate this into your Kitchen Garden Program.
