Details

Held in our Learning Centre kitchen in Melbourne, Keryn Ursi of La Micia Cooking will lead this workshop, combining demonstrations of hand-rolled pasta techniques with a hands-on session, with plenty of time to sample the final results. You will learn to to create both a filled and an unfilled pasta, create complementary sauces, and have the opportunity to taste the results in a beautiful lunch, complimented with salad, bread and a glass of wine at the end of the session.
