Giovanna will bring her warmth and experience to the Beldon PS kitchen to take the team through the art of making pasta. This is a fabulous skill to teach students from your very first class, and is simple to pass on once you've mastered the basics. From making the dough through to creating filled pasta shapes, Giovanna will show you how to create an array of special pasta dishes.
