The Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation is working on making Kitchen Garden Program resources, training and support available to all Australian schools and learning centres, at minimal cost.

 At the session we will explain how Pleasurable Food Education can benefit your school, discuss how to start small with affordable kitchen and garden spaces, and demonstrate the huge range of educational resources, training and support provided by the Foundation.

Details

Take an opportunity to spend some time with Foundation staff, where they share the journey and successes of the Kitchen Garden Program to date and examining how schools and learning centres across Australia can benefit from this highly successful and innovative food education model.

The session will also include an opportunity for direct discussion with experienced Kitchen Garden Foundation staff, who can demonstrate resources and talk with you directly about the huge variety of learning outcomes and strategic objectives this model can help you meet.

If you are interested in delivering pleasurable food education at your school we strongly encourage you to book into this session.

The Cabinets generally run for 60 minutes and are completely free of charge. Please come prepared with any specific questions about your school's current circumstance.
