Get ready to flour the bench and whip up some mouth-watering, wholesome pasta! Sicilian born restaurateur, author and Melbourne nonna Rosa Mitchell will guide you through the art of pasta making, using modern and traditional methods. Rosa will share her ancient food culture with you, the inseparable ties between family, friends and cooking rituals, as well as her passion for fresh local produce. Once our pasta is made, we will take seasonal ingredients and make delicious accompanying sauces. There’s no one like Rosa if you want to learn authentic Sicilian cooking from the master (and enjoy lunch afterwards!)
