Kemi Nekvapil will deliver her first workshop with us since she presented on engaging families and communities with food in our 'Kitchen Garden Conference' back in 2008. This time, Kemi will focus on what 'raw food' means, and how to make the best use of raw ingredients in the kitchen classroom.

Please tick 'Kitchen Sessions Continued' in Session 3, as you will remain in this workshop for the full 2 hours.

Details

Kemi's Raw Kitchen philosophy and food has attracted broad media exposure: in print in The Age, Sydney Morning Herald, Herald Sun, Mindfood and Nature and Health magazine, among others, and on television, including Gardening Australia and The Circle. Kemi’s easy and inspiring approach to raw foods, and how to add them to your life, makes her the most sought-after raw food expert in Australia, and her message is always clear: 'Add more raw and feel the difference.'

As a keen organic gardener, Kemi grows food for her family: she believes the best food you can eat is the food you grow yourself.

After first reading about the benefits of eating raw food nine years ago, Kemi started to experiment by adding more raw food to her own diet and found the benefits immensely positive. With her vibrant passion for creating recipes from natural ingredients, Kemi has made a name for herself by creating recipes that inspire and nurture.

Look forward to a bright and engaging workshop learning skills you can easily transfer to your kitchen classes!
