Square foot gardening is a method of highly intensive food production. Using much denser planting than you might be familiar with, square foot techniques focus on developing multiple layers of productive planting from each area of soil. Graeme Somerset is already using this method at Halinda SSP with great success, as it’s particularly well suited to school gardens. Graeme will share his experience, showing you how to fill your school kitchen with delicious food!
